Butternut Squash
INGREDIENTS
ONE GOOD SIZE BUTTERNUT SQUASH 1/2 CUP BROWN SUGAR
1/2 STICK OF BUTTER SALT
PEPPER

TAKE YOUR BUTTERNUT SQUASH AND WASH AND PEEL IT. ONCE THIS IS DONE, THEN CHOP IT INTO PIECES APPROXIMATELY ONE INCH SQUARE. PLACE SQUASH IN POT OF WATER TO COOK

ONCE SQUASH IS TENDER, DRAIN WATER AND MASH IT. ADD BUTTER, BROWN SUGAR AND SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE. COMBINE INGREDIENTS UNTIL SMOOTH.
There is nothing like a good heaping helping of fresh Butternut Squash on a cool fall evening!
